As a COVID-19 antigen manufacturer, Changsha Renji has always adhered to the concept of providing high-quality products and services. In order to maintain a good business order and protect the company's legitimate rights and interests, we hereby solemnly declare the following:
1. The COVID-19 antigen detection reagent developed and produced by Changsha Renji Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. is managed as a Class III medical device. According to the "Notice on Quality and Safety Supervision of COVID-19 Antigen Detection Reagents" issued by the National Medical Products Administration, retail pharmacies and medical device companies that have obtained a drug business license or a medical device business license and have corresponding storage conditions are not allowed to sell antigen reagents; individuals and other persons without a medical device business license are not allowed to engage in business activities of this product.
2. Changsha Renji Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. has only obtained the EU CE certification and has not yet obtained a domestic registration certificate. Therefore, our company does not authorize any domestic company or individual entity to sell antigen reagent products produced by our company in mainland China as a distributor. If any bad behavior of promoting and selling antigen reagent products of Changsha Renji Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. through online platforms (including but not limited to: Taobao, Tmall, JD.com, Pinduoduo, Weidian, etc.) and other online platforms or offline channels without legal authorization is found, regardless of personal behavior or company behavior, our company will pursue its legal responsibility and economic compensation liability in accordance with the law.
3. All foreign trade agents cooperating with our company must strictly follow the cooperation agreement and conduct relevant business activities in accordance with the law, and shall not use any means to sell export products domestically. Once discovered, our company may exercise the right to terminate the cooperation between the two parties and pursue your company for breach of contract in accordance with the law. The adverse consequences will also be borne by your company.
4. As a manufacturer of antigen reagents, Changsha Renji Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. has always strictly implemented the price policy stipulated by the national epidemic prevention and control regulations, and set sales prices reasonably and in compliance with regulations. In addition, our company has not authorized any individual or company to collect payments on behalf of us. Any commercial cooperation is for the public. If any individual or company conducts illegal activities in the name of our company, our company will deal with it seriously and pursue legal responsibility in accordance with the law. At the same time, the general public is welcome to report any false propaganda to our company.
5. To protect the rights and interests of consumers, if you need to purchase our antigen reagent products, we strongly recommend that you conduct transactions through legal and formal channels. For products not purchased through our formal channels, our company cannot guarantee any quality problems caused by production, transportation, storage, etc.; if you purchase or use illegally sold antigen reagent products and suffer any risks or damages, you shall not claim rights from our company or require our company to bear any responsibility for any reason.
6. Changsha Renji Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. hereby reiterates: It is strictly forbidden for our employees to privately take the company's new crown antigen products to sell to friends or give them away for use. If an employee violates the regulations and steals or uses the company's antigen reagents for sale without authorization, or causes losses to himself or any other third party, the company has the right to recover all profits obtained from private sales from the employee, and all legal responsibilities and economic compensation responsibilities shall be borne by the employee himself and have nothing to do with the company; if the company is subject to claims and accountability, the company has the right to punish the employee in accordance with the company's rules and regulations, and always reserves the right to take legal action against the employee for all economic losses of the company.
